As we head into 2024, we’re reflecting on the last 12 months.
From helping our customers to build better fan relationships, to launching a new community event series and continuing to innovate our Platform, Monterosa / Interaction Cloud, 2023 was one massive year.
Here’s a handful of our highlights…
Celebrating Customer Achievements
We’re pleased to celebrate our customers’ achievements, and how we’ve been able to help them build better fan relationships.
We’re proud that England Rugby have adopted the platform to power regular, compelling predictors, quizzes and competitions made to drive fan attention, loyalty and first-party data capture. In particular they are using social channels to promote engagement on their owned and operated channels.
Formula E adopted the platform to create gamified experiences that add value for their fans and sponsors. Their innovative new predictors and an interactive live blog won a SportsPro Award this year.
We’ve powered a range of high-volume voting solutions, including MTV MIAWs EMAs, Nickelodeon’s Kids Choice Awards and we were proud to support Foundervine’s Changemaker awards which celebrates the exceptional achievements of inspirational emerging leaders.
SuperSport adopted the Interaction Cloud to launch a pan-African vote on the continent’s all-time Africa XI greats and we also welcomed an additional league to the line up of EA FC’s Player of the Month.
These are just a few of the fan engagement Experiences the Platform helped to bring to life this year.
Product Byte: The event for product leaders in media & sport
In 2023, we launched Product Byte - a new community event series for product leaders in media and sport.
The first event in the series, Byte , brought people together for a 1 day event at FACT Liverpool.
We were thrilled to be able to host our second event - Christmas Byte in Accra, Ghana and were joined by an amazing line up of speakers who offered their insights into the world of Tech, Sports & Entertainment.
